Per išsamias funkcinės anatomijos, skeleto įvairovės, jungiamojo audinio fiziologijos ir tradicinės kinų medicinos (TCM) studijas dalyviai mokosi vertinti pozas, siūlyti tinkamas modifikacijas ir saugiai pritaikyti Yin jogą skirtingiems kūnams bei būklėms. Programoje derinamos anatomijos paskaitos, praktinė Yin praktika, meridianų teorija, kvėpavimo reguliavimas ir dėmesingo buvimo metodai, padedantys palaikyti nervų sistemos pusiausvyrą ir ilgalaikę sąnarių sveikatą.
Renginys vyksta kaip gyvenamieji mokymai ramioje, palaikančioje Balyje aplinkoje. Paskaitos: 24 dienos × 9 val. per dieną = 216 val.
Savarankiškas mokymasis: 24 dienos × 2 val. per dieną = 48 val.
Užduotys: prieš atvykstant į kursą = 36 val.
Iš viso kurso trukmė – 300 valandų
Svarbi pastaba: visi studentai privalo atlikti paruošiamąją užduotį iki atvykimo ir pateikti ją registracijos metu. Užduotį reikia atspausdinti ir kiekvieną temą sudėti atskirai į vieną bylą pateikimui. Jei laiko trūksta, ją galima pateikti per pirmąsias septynias (10) dienas 300 valandų YTT metu. Kiekvienas klausimas turi būti atsakytas 300–500 žodžių apimtimi, naudojantis 200 valandų YTT vadovu (PDF) kaip šaltiniu.

Maitinimo laikai: pusryčiai: 08:30–09:30, pietūs: 12:30–13:30, vakarienė: 19:30–20:30 (išskyrus pietus ir vakarienę sekmadieniais).
