




Ši 100 valandų daugiasluoksnė jogos mokytojų rengimo programa skirta kaip pirmoji pilnos 200 valandų sertifikacijos dalis. Tai lankstus kelias tiems, kurie nori mokymus įveikti dviem etapais: baigę pirmąsias 100 valandų, vėliau galite sugrįžti ir užbaigti likusias 100 valandų, kad įgytumėte 200 valandų sertifikuoto jogos mokytojo kvalifikaciją, pripažįstamą Bali Yoga School ir tinkamą dėstyti visame pasaulyje.
Programa prasideda 2026 m. birželio 25 d. ir remiasi savitransformacijos, įkvėpimo bei disciplinos per jogą idėja. Mokykla, kurią įkūrė Yogi Himanshu iš Rišikešo – pasaulio jogos sostinės, kviečia gilintis į tradicinės Ashtanga, Hatha ir Vinyasa flow jogos energingas praktikas. Mokymuose derinamos praktinės ir teorinės žinios, padedančios naujai pažvelgti į tai, kaip emocijos siejasi su vidine ir išorine sveikata.
Šie mokymai sukurti taip, kad padėtų tvirtą pagrindą saugiai, sveikai ir naudingai jogos praktikai. Be mokymo metodikos ir pagrindinės teorijos, studentai nagrinėja kiekvienos sistemos naudą bei kontraindikacijas, sveiką judėjimą ir jogos pritaikymą praktikoje. Tvarkaraštis subalansuotas taip, kad liktų pakankamai laiko poilsiui, o kasdienė programa, jungianti teoriją ir praktiką, palaikytų energiją viso mokymo metu.
Baigus kursą suteikiamas sertifikatas. Visi kursai yra sertifikuoti Yoga Alliance USA, todėl absolventai gali mokyti bet kurioje pasaulio vietoje kaip sertifikuoti jogos mokytojai.
Aprangos kodas atidarymo ir baigimo ceremonijoms: prašoma atsinešti 1 arba 2 baltų drabužių komplektus.

Dienos tvarkaraštis:
Atvykimas ir išvykimas: kursas prasideda kiekvieno mėnesio 1 dieną 17:00 val. atidarymo ceremonija ir įvadine sesija, o baigiasi 11 dieną. Atvykti reikėtų viena diena anksčiau, nuo 10:00 iki 16:00, ir ta nakvynė suteikiama nemokamai. Išsiregistruoti paskutinę dieną reikia nuo 12:00 iki 14:00.
