Aida has been practicing various forms of meditation for more than 15 years. These practices marked the beginning of her own journey toward deeper self-awareness—a continuous process of learning to listen to herself more closely, recognize her inner needs, and let go of what prevents her from living more authentically.
Over the years, Aida has explored various approaches to self-discovery and therapy: she trained with direct disciples of Osho, delved into Sadhguru’s methods, constellations, “Aura-Soma,” dance and Gestalt therapy, hypnosis, holotropic breathing, and other approaches. These experiences have helped her develop a unique, sensitive, and at the same time practical approach to the human inner world.
Having worked for more than ten years as a business consultant, conference speaker, and moderator, Aida incorporates meditation and conscious breathing practices into her professional work. These practices help reduce tension, manage stress more effectively, restore inner peace, and hear one’s inner voice more clearly—even amid the intensity of daily life.
Meditation, breathing exercises, and supervisory conversations are the main tools Aida uses to help participants not just receive ready-made answers, but to discover their own: to notice the signals their bodies are sending, to identify what truly matters, and to more courageously acknowledge the truth within themselves—a truth that may have been quietly knocking for a long time.
Aida believes that deep down, we often already know the answers. Sometimes we just need to pause, calm down, and learn to listen to ourselves.
